Kim is everything you could possibly want in a real estate agent. She helped us as we helped my in-laws “downsize.” With Kim’s help, they bought a new home and sold the old one all in 6 weeks’ time. She was available 24/7, extremely knowledgeable about the market, and a very savvy negotiator on our behalf. In addition, Kim was very sensitive to the emotional ups and downs that go with this type of move, and was always very even-keeled (and we had some very challenging issues with both transactions). As a lawyer, I have interacted with all types of real estate professionals, but never one with the perfect combination of business acumen and people skills that Kim has.
